Have concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher on June 5 sand have some concerns. First, the Rinse Aid cap is so very small that I wager that no man with large fingers, or a woman without a screwdriver could open it. It is ridiculously small and extremely difficult to open. Whoever designed it - just to cut costs I am sure - never tried to use it. The Quick Start Guide gave instructions on how to use it and also said that rinse aid could be added by using the lid-stye dispenser. However, the Whirlpool video that I watched said the latch style dispenser was for soap. I do like the slotted lids for silverware, but there were no instructions on how to close the slotted lids over the contents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this dishwasher. No matter what I do it will not dry my dishes. I am so very tired of having to hand dry dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
