O.K. but Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although visually pleasing, the dishwasher has its flaws. Using the rinse additive Whirlpool recommends left a notable film on all of the dishes. You can only fill the dispenser so much so it's not like it was overfilled, and it was filled by the installer while showing me all its features. The racks are my least favorite. they are coated with a cheap plastic and all the rows are fixed so you can not lay one down to accommodate something larger. I do wish it would turn itself off completely after a cycle so the mother board wont burn out over time keeping the control panel lights lit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice dishwasher, I replaced my 20+ year old whirlpool dishwasher and was a little bummed when I realized that my new one was essentially the same dishwasher with fancy exterior. I expected more innovation over the years. Easy to self-install
