Beautiful refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago so we’ve had some time to get used to it. It is shallow and although I knew I was buying a counter depth I didn’t realize how shallow it would be. It has taken some time to get used to but now that we’ve had a few weeks to learn how to put our food away we like it. It makes ice but does not have water, I would add a water spout to it if I could.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn't be more pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between a vendor not registering our warranty on a high-end LG, to multiple trips to try to repair and then waiting for final decision to refund or replace, we were without a frig for 6 months using only the garage frig. After losing all faith in brands we decided to go with the Thor 36 inch French door. We were surprised with all the features and multiple storage options with numerous bins, the closure feature on the doors has a superior seal. Thor has thought of everything! Like I said, we couldn't be more pleased.

Looks Great. Quality ok. Fairly Quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator because it was listed as one of the top quietest refrigerators. I have an open floor plan and did not want to hear the refrigerator everywhere in the house. I have the refrigerator for 6 months. The refrigerator is somewhat quiet. The cooling fan can be heard often throughout the day. It a least does not have any high buzzing sounds or high-pitched harmonics that I have experienced with other refrigerators which is a plus. It would be wonderful if we can solve the issue of noisy refrigerators. I did own a Kenmore Elite for many years that was quiet (as loud as the fan in a laptop) and kept it until it died and could not be repaired.
The ice maker is flimsy – if the ice is too high the ice maker will fall off and you will need to constantly adjust it. I turned off the ice maker. The lower freezer drawer does always completely close. We need to adjust/check constantly. Not sure what the purpose of the temperature display is on the left outside door. The refrigerator does maintain its temperature well. Looks great in the kitchen.

The top display is the refrigerator temperature and the bottom is for the freezer temperature. For more information, please see page 23 of the Product Manual. Cheers!

We love the refrigerator and the only complaint if any I would have is I wish the ice container was by itself instead of being in the freezer by the other foods. When you go to pull the ice container out other foods in the freezer fall into the space where the ice container was.
