Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of rain and run off our driveway and back patio have become dark and grimey. This power washer made both look like new again. It’s very easy to use and operate. I like the size of the washer as it makes it easy to store. Love this thing. I want to power wash everything now.

Wasn't as Expected

Ultimately, the product was powerful and did a good job. But as a first time power washer purchaser some things were problematic and annoying for me, even though I have used power washers in the past. Firstly, there was no manual or nozzle cleaning tool included in the box as advertised so I had to go online for the manual. Secondly, the detergent -- I added this and the manual was not at all clear as to how to manage the flow, other than adjusting the dial. When it didn't seem to be pumping, I had to turn down the water flow from the house to get the detergent to pump sufficiently. Finally, there is only one nozzle and head, which is adjustable. But there are no changeable heads even though there is a holder for them on the washer itself and the manual describes them. I tried to find another nozzle handle with changeable heads online to purchase but was unsuccessful.

Bought the SPX 4003 power washer and as I go to use it there are no nozzles. Checked the entire box and nothing. Now have to buy these separately. What is the point of a power washer without the nozzles

Great pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product I highly recommend it. The best pressure washer I have ever owed vinyl siding. It has worked great on both. Highly recommended the optional accessories, the turbo tip and the surface scrubber. Together they completely cleaned the thick pollen off the outdoor decks. First sprayed using the turbo tip and then followed cleaning with the surface scrubber. Pressure washer has adequate power to clean most residential surfaces.

I want to clean everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a pressure washer before, so I was not sure what to expect. I found it to lightweight, and highly portable. I was able to move it to each new location with ease. It is the perfect amount of power to handle both lighter and heavier clean ups. I have already cleaned all of my screens, and will be moving onto my walkways and driveway next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first pressure washer i've ever used and my experience with the Sun Joe SPX4003 has been positive!
First of all, it came in a big box and everything (all the pieces) were packaged nicely.
The first thing I did was read the instructions so I could get familiar with the pieces. The instructions were pretty easy to read and follow. I was able to get this pressure washer put together and ready to use within 20 mins.
This pressure washer is a nice size. Even after use, I am able to store it, without it taking up much space. Its also super easy to move this pressure washer around. The wheels are big enough and run smoothly over grass and concrete.
I really like that there is a tank in the front so that you can easily fill it with a cleaning solution.
One thing I really liked about this pressure washer was the fact that if you release the trigger the water stops and you don't have to continuously turn on and off the pressure washer.
The pressure washer was quite loud but wow did it clean my patio and windows!
I was so surprised with all the grime and dirt that came off.
I'm looking to get attachments for this pressure washer because I feel like if I use the pressure washer on high pressure the water stream is so narrow that it takes a while to clean an area. And if I have it on low pressure then it doesn't get a deep clean (it just removes the surface dirt).
Overall, I'm super pleased and surprised with how well this pressure washer works. It does a great job at cleaning away dirt and grime and I definitely recommend!
