There was a 10 year warranty, which other companies did not offer.

The mattress is so comfortable, was quick to ship and easy to set up. There were no "off gassing" smells associated with the opening or during our first night sleep! The website and reviews are very accurate; this mattress is a perfect mix of not too firm and not too soft. We love it!

I don't like that it's open like a sheet. At least if it's closed, I don't care of it moves around because it won't actually come off or pull my sheets off. We've had to fix it twice already.

We ordered this bed for my 84 year old dad, who normally doesn't sleep well. He LOVES his new bed and is now sleeping through the night. That is a wonderful gift to him AND to those of us who care for him.
