I was pleased with the packaging and delivery. It did take two people to unwrap the king sized mattress. Slept well the first night. The adjustment from the oringinal mattress was smooth.

I love lots of things about the mattress (especially that there are no flame retardants or toxic chemicals), but this mattress is way too soft. It’s soft to the point of being uncomfortable.
I had tried out a T&N mattress that my parents bought a few years ago, and the firmness was perfect. The one I just bought is awful. I don’t know how anybody sleeps on something this soft.

We have only had our T&N Mattress for just over a week and both my husband, myself and our beloved Fox Terrier, Tazzy, LOVE it. We all fall asleep quickly and stay asleep until our alarm "Tazzy" wakes us up at 6 am.

Fast delivery, GREAT upgrade from my 20+ year old spring mattress. Girlfriend doesn’t like sleeping at her house anymore, my mattress is too good!
