The corner pulls off while sleeping. Not a great fit

It doesn't fit quite as snugly as I would like and the wrinkles in the protector transfer to the fitted sheet. Also it took forever to dry!

Mattress came within days, is super comfortable, and you even emailed to remind me I could return the mattress (which I wouldn’t!)

PS: your marketing campaign about mattress stores ripping people off from a few years ago was very effective and is what was stuck in my memory, and ultimately led me to searching for that ad on the internet to find who it belonged to!

The protector seems to inhibit the softness of the mattress, feels a little less comfortable.
