It fits the mattress great but it makes the bed feel a little different and is slightly noisy. I also wish the care method was NOT line dry, but I do understand why it is.

I haven't had it long enough to speak to it's durability. However, I think the initial quality is good and on par with the other products.

I like that the protector is breathable but I wish it was a fully encased protector with a zipper. The style of the protector won't keep out bed bugs since it only covers the top and sides of the mattress.

We've been hoping that with use, the bed would become a bit softer but it's still feeling very firm.

The reason I chose to buy this mattress is because there was a promise that it would provide cooler sleep because of the type of foam that’s used. However, the mattress feels like everything’s heat more .

It took a week for the mattress to adjust to me, but after it did I love my Tuft and Needle!!
