It seems fine, haven't spilled anything yet to test it our fortunately. Also only had it a week or so, no time frame to see how it holds up over time.

It is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I can’t believe it took me so long order! My back pain is gone, I sleep so much better and wake up feeling refreshed. I recommend it to everyone!

I chose this mattress because a friend got one and suggested I do too. I read the website and was pleased with the philosophy. It was way firmer than my old mattress so after a few nights I put a topper on it. Now I sleep wonderfully and am completely satisfied.

The protector molds the the shape of the bed perfectly and doesnt compromise the cooling effect of the mattress materials
