Company associates were easy to contact, easy to work with and friendly. T&N stands behind their product, and I love my new mattress, cover and pillow. Plus, the cost is very reasonable.

I like the mattress and the price but I don't love it. It's comfortable but if I get with a foot of my partner, I fall into him and get stuck. The same thing happens if I have my baby too close to me- she rolls into me and sinks in. Other than that, I like the mattress and the company seems great.

First week with the new mattress and protector my husband spilled his soda all over the bed. We took off the protector and washed it. Came out stain free and so was our bed!

It doesn't feel like your sleeping on a plastic protector like most do. It's soft and comfortable but definitely, does the job.
