It's soft enough, but not thick enough. I would have to have two pillows instead of one for it to support my head at the right height.

I liked how simple it was to order. The quick delivery and that it came in a box on my doorstep. So convenient. But the real reason is that we are all sleeping better (bought mattresses for the entire family). We don't move around in our sleep as much as we use to. The results are a nice, deep and calming sleep...ready for the new day!

It's ok. Feels a little flat and not really worth the price tag. It's just ok. I was expecting exceptional and all I got was "ok." I will say the packaging and marketing were exceptional. The pillow gets warm fairly fast, ok support, but I find myself folding the pillow in half for some more bulk.

The pillow cuddles me. I have never had a pillow that didn't hurt my ears! Will be ordering the king size when they come out..

For the price it is a great product. The mattress was slightly too firm for our tastes but we put a topper on it and it works great. As you business grows I would definitely recommend offering a topper of some kind for people who like a softe

I'm loving my new mattress and pillow....I frequently don't make goo d choices but this one was exceptional....Thanks. You also do an outstanding job of merchandising.(having once been in merchandising0 and I was impressed with the little touches of Thank You note and "sweet dreams"..Well done.
