The quality is amazing. The softness is consistent throughout the pillow. It doesn't get bunched up like other pillows. The buying experience was excellent! Love your Tuft and Needle Products.

It's too flat to be comfortable. I think it either needs to be thicker (higher) to be a standalone pillow or it needs to be less thick to function as the top pillow of two pillows. I really enjoy the cooling feature. Have not decided whether I'll keep the pillow yet.

It is too soft and far too expensive for what you get especially against the high value of the mattress
