Not everyone will adjust to the firmness. I know it's taken me sometime to adjust to it, but I love it, so that's why I gave it a 9.

We're still getting used to it! Its a good mattress but it"s probably not for everyone!! When I get the chance, I do tell people about it and our experience :)

I chose 9 because I want to be sure the off gassing is not dangerous and that the mattresses are using sustainably harvested materials and that there are no harmful chemicals involved. Also, currently I am sleeping on my mattress which is on the floor.....(waiting for a bed). My daughter has her on a bed frame, and I will say that although I am loving the comfort mine gives, hers feels unsupportive at the edges. When I sit at the edge of her bed I feel like I will slide off....so I am hoping I will still love mine once it is on a bed frame.

Best night's sleep since buying my T&N mattress. I not only highly recommend these mattresses, but my parents have already bought and received their mattress since my referral. I have since bought 2 pillows and love those as well!
