It's not too firm or too soft, too flat or too puffy. I haven't experienced any uncomfortable positions yet.

I can not explain it... It is such a great change from what we had been sleeping on.. We are rested each morning... My back doesn't hurt when I get up...I don't toss and turn trying to get comfortable... It is wonderful.. It is a great product!!!!
