It feels great as far as temperature control and the materials. It just is too soft. Not firm like the mattress. It flattens as soon as I lay on it.

The pillow is quite soft. It's nice for backsleeping, but when sidesleeping, I have to squish it up a bit or combine with another pillow to get my head fully supported. It feels great overall.

My daughter couldn't stop talking about her mattress that she bought last year. So, I needed one and decided to try it. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and fast delivery. The best part was that I didn't have to choose from 1000's of available types of mattresses. All I had to do is tell you the size. Love it!

It is very firm- I knew it would be firm but not that firm. It still shocks me every time I get into bed
