The pillows are very comfortable and my head doesn't get hot at night on warm nights. No neck pain.

Still in the trial phase and not certain if it is exactly what it was intended to help my rest time. Seems cool sometimes, other times not. Possibly not stout enough to support my neck. But it's difficult to determine when I'm asleep; only when I wake up is when I can determine whether it has helped me rest well or the mattress was the success I was looking for!

It's a great mattress for the price you pay but I know there's a better one out there so that's why I give 8 stars. Super comfy mattress.
