It's nice, and cool, but it didn't make any significant difference in my neck/upper back pain from before.

When i first pulled it out of the package I thought it would be too soft, but it is just the right amount of soft with support...I sleep better on it. So nice that my husband and I fight over it....lol... may have to get another in the near future...

A slightly talker pillow would be perfect. I have wide shoulders and it's not quite tall enough for side sleeping.

We're still trying it out. We've found that our bed board was slightly warped and causing upper back pain. The pilows are a bit too high for my neck, too. So we're still working out combinations.

At first it was comfortable, but shortly thereafter it doesn't quite conform to the problem areas. It hurts to sleep on my side, even with the branded pillow.
