Very comfortable. Thickness is right height to support my head. You do not use the chemicals or formaldehyde I am allergic to.

The tuft & Needle pillow is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I do not wake up with neck or shoulder pain. It maintains its shape. I will be saving money for a mattress. Excellent product.

I think the pillow would be good for people without neck problems. I like how it doesn't flatten out or bunch up in the night. However for someone with neck problems, this pillow doesn't allow me to have the support for my neck that it needs. I sleep on my back and I find that my chin goes towards my chest and my neck isn't supported.

I have been sleeping on feather pillows for years. When they are fluffed up, I really like how they feel but they soon lose their loft unless they are immediately shaken again. This pillow should be slightly thicker with a wrapping of feathers. I think that would give it a 10.
