Not what I expected. Could be about 2" thicker. Like our T&N mattress, though.

They seem to want to stay the same as they were when we got them. They are soft and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the thickness. I would like a thicker pillow. Other than that, you have made a super product. I am enjoying the bed and the pillows. Thank you very much.

I adore my mattress and pillow!!! I haven't slept well (on my old mattress) for a very long while but starting night one on my new tuft and needle, I slept with zero pain and better than I have in years. And it's still the case 2 weeks later. I can't thank you enough!!

It is a bit too firm, especially when I lie in prone position. Also, way too expensive for a pillow.
