It supports my head but doesn't feel hard. It is soft without disappearing. This is the pillow I have been looking for for years!

Your products are awesome. I was a little disappointed at the size of the standard pillow though. It is to small. And for the price it should match other standard size pillows

I like it alot. It keeps it shape and it's cool but its just not exactly what I need. Mattress is wonderful!

The T&N pillow has the perfect amount of support for sleeping on my back, side or tummy. It's not hot and it doesn't have a smell, even when brand new.

The pillow is by far the best pillow my wife and I have ever used. it has the right amount firmness but still is soft. We have had pillows that cost more and cost less. we call this pillow the Goldie Locks pillow because is not to hard and not to soft is is just right. do not change a thing.I want to order more of the same.

I like the pillow but I do find it creates some tension in my neck and shoulder area because it is very high and so, for someone who likes a high pillow, I would definitely recommend. But I couldn't recommend it to everybody. I wish the pillow was a bit shorter.
