I have never been picky with pillows but the amount of give is perfect. We may not be keeping the mattress because of firmness but the pillows are the best.

You have to break into it. My shoulders hurt quite a bit during the first couple of days of use... not sure if the two are correlated, but right now I absolutely enjoy using the pillow.
