For a person my size (5'11", female), the pillow is perfect. However, any larger and the pillow may not be thick enough.

The pillow is the perfect mix of soft and supportive. I ordered the king size for my husband and I, along with the king sized mattress. He has yet to use his pillow, as I am currently using it as a pseudo body pillow. I have had 2 spinal surgeries in the past and find sleeping with a body pillow to be therapeutic. Being pregnant last year, I stumbled on the c shaped body pillow and have slept with it ever since. Until this pillow came along. I would give anything to have it made into the c shape pillow I adore. I think you'd have a cult following. In the meantime, I'll make do with the king size. Thanks a million!!
