While it is cooler than a memory foam pillow, it is too thick if you have a shorter neck/ smaller frame.

It’s very good, probably the best pillow I’ve ever had, wouldn’t mind if it was just a touch thicker but other than that it makes a huge difference and I love it. I’m not waking up with neck pain like before!

My wife and I love the 2 pillows we , however, the only issue is that the one we were given in-store was much flatter then the one we ordered online. So our only issue is inconsistency.
