We have slept on new mattress for about 2 weeks, so far so good. Only time will tell about the durability.

It took me a few days to adjust to the pillow, but now I love it. I suppose I wish I had immediately felt a difference, but I didn't so for that reason I give it a 9 - but am definitely recommending it to others

It allows your head to rest comfortably at just the right height. It is a pillow that is not to soft or to firm.

The right amount of softness, it doesn't lose its shape. It stays cool, you don't get hot while you're sleeping. Perfect for side sleeping and sleeping on your back. I'm saving up to buy your mattress. I would recommend your pillow and your mattress to everyone.
