It's a nice pillow with fantastic, quick adjusting support, it's just about an inch too high. I have broad shoulders, but the position I have to be in to remove any strain from my neck cuts off the circulation in the shoulder I'm sleeping on. And I've found it uncomfortable for back sleeping and painful for stomach sleeping.

The pillow fits my head. I've had spinal surgeries so need good support. I gave it an 8 because I can't adjust the height of the pillow. Otherwise, it's perfect.
