Basically comfortable, but keeps my head a little too high to be comfortable. Better than my old pillow, but would be much more comfortable if it allowed my head to go a little lower.

I like the feel but I get hot while lying all night on the mattress. I had a mattress pad on it and was told to remove it. I did, and it made some difference.
