I will say over all the mattress was a quality product. But as they say their mattresses don't work for everyone and I was one of those people. However what made me give it a 5 star review is that their customer service and business model is the best I have ever seen, when it come to standing behind their product and helping their customers. I was able to donate my mattress to a family in need and they still refunded my money. On top of that they sent me a gift card just for trying the product. In other words whether it works for you or not you absolutely have nothing to loose. Be a skeptic if you want, but it does not change how amazing this company is and will most likely continue to be.

We are loving our new bed! I had no idea how this would go. It was both my husband and I's first time actually buying a mattress, and we were buying one to satisfy both our needs. This bed has been great for me being 5'2 115lbs and him being 6'5 240 it gives him support but still comfortable for me.

First in reference to how firm. It runs about an 8 out of 10. But note the feel is so different than a normal mattress, for the better.
Second i wouldn't call it a cooling mattress, more of a normal temp mattress. Its not hot and its not cold.

It wasn't quite as soft as I was hoping as a side sleeper. Product was of good quality, however. It was exceptional with regards to temperature control/cooling. The purchase and return could not have been easier.
