As the title of my review gives away, we weren't completely satisfied with the mattress. It ended up being too soft for us and we woke up each morning with sore backs. We gave it a few weeks but we just couldn't handle it anymore. We loved that the company is generous to throw in the pillows for free (which we LOVE) and even offered a solution with the mattress topper, but still...didn't help the main focus/issue with replacing our mattress. Customer service was decent, seems like there's some work to do and wish them the best with the recent acquisition!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this bed for our tweenager after 11 years of sleeping on a generic box spring mattress. She has slept so much better and is so much happier with her upgrade. Her dad and I made the mistake of purchasing two box spring type mattresses for ourselves in the past only to have to resort to what we should of got in the first place with our current Tempurpedic mattress. We have an older model which gets pretty warm at night. And funny thing after receiving this survey from you, the other night my husband and I were just talking about getting a Tuft and Needle Mint mattress for ourselves for its cooling properties but not until after we get our money's worth from our current highly OVERPRICED Tempurpedic!

We ♥️ Our very comfortable mattress, and enjoy that it’s very cooling for hot summer nights! It’s so wonderful to not have a mattress that holds the heat! My husband also loves the beds firm edges. Even the kitty loves the bed. It’s a home run!
