I have to admit, I was very skeptical about buying a mattress online, especially in a box.
Im a big guy and the firmness is important to me. After having it for 3 months, I have to admit I would buy another one if needed.

When you first lay down, my initial thought was that it could be a bit more plush but then you give it a minute and you perfectly sink into it just enough to make it extremely comfortable. Both my husband and my back issues disappeared. Super happy with this purchase.

I'm genuinely struggling to find a feature of my tuft & needle experience that hasnt been a 5 star production. Had a defect in our mattress and they were understanding and immediate about getting us a replacement. Our sleep has never been better and both of us are restless sleepers. 5 stars.
