I own a 10 year old tempurpedic that I like very much but it has a bet too much "sink". Sometimes that affects my lower back. The mint mattress is firmer, but I have only slpt on it one night. Not sure if it's cooler than the Tempurpedic. Edge of bed not quite as stable as the Tempurpedic.
