Ok, so my mattress hasn't arrived just yet nor has my box however, KATHLEEN was just WONDERFUL! I had heard for years how wonderful T&N customer service was and didn't realize until now. She simply offered stellar service, very friendly connected on a personal level that I thought was absolutely great! She is a KEEPER! Can't wait for everything to arrive!

worth it! amazing how much better the twin tuft and needle mattress functions with this as it's base! easy to set up. the mattress does slide on top somewhat but it's a minor inconvenience. 100% recommend.

Mattress slides off the box foundation

Would be fine if the mattress would stay put but it slides all over the place. Should have returned it. We have several T&N mattresses, sheets, and pillows. This is the first item we have not been happy with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
