Extremely easy set up. Great customer service. My only problem with it is that sometimes the boards shift and it sounds like it's broken but when i check, it isn't.

We purchased the Mint mattress and foundation for our 4 year old. The wrong size was sent for the foundation, however, customer service was amazing and resolved the issue very quickly (during the holidays and in the middle of a pandemic). We’re very satisfied with the products as well as the people at Tuft and Needle.

When I bought my original Tuft and Needle, I used the foundation and metal frame from my old mattress. Big mistake and lots of aches! A year later, I purchased the box foundation offered by Tuft and Needle. I couldn't believe the difference. Next I switched to the their metal frame. All my aches and twinges went away. When I purchased a Mint, I bought T & N's frame and foundation. After my first experience, I would never use another brand. They are easy to assemble and will complement the design features in whatever T & N mattress you choose.
