This mattress is universally liked - by us and guests. I like really soft mattresses and my husband likes really firm. We have never been able to agree before, but we both love how it’s soft yet firm!

We bought it fur a gift for our daughter. They haven't tried it yet because they're moving into their house. But from an outing standpoint it was very simple and quick.

From the ease of ordering to delivery it followed the exact time frame. Mainly, the product is exactly as described. It was easily assembled and installed in my bed frame and as a 72 yr. old that’s amazing. I’ve alread recommended it to my grandsons. Best nights sleep since it arrived. Thank you to the friends who recommended it and to you for my best ever mattress purchasing experience.

The Tuft and Needle mattress is wider than the box springs we bought from Tuft and Needle. The mattress also slides easily off the box springs. When this happens, there is no real support on the side of the bed and a person slides off (falls) quickly onto the ground.
The mattress itself is very comfortable, but we're a little frustrated at how it keeps shifting around.
