From the very first night we fell in love with our new Mint bed! It truly is firm and soft...no better way to describe it. My husband is extremely picky about his bed and took some convincing to buy this bed rather than the overpriced Tempurpedic and he was extremely pleased and surprised at how much he loves it. Win win.
