I loved the product but the directions for the frame set up could be better. I had some difficulties with it. In the effect of making it so easy you left out some little helpful tips.

Went from a full sized hard mattress to the king sized mint. One of the softest mattresses I've slept on and is actually cooling unlike others. Being able to get on the bed and not cause the whole bed to move.
