It's basic mattress care. If I want to keep my mattress in good shape I'll protect it with a cover, it makes sense to do that with a cover designed for the mattress purchased, especially from a company that stands behind their product quality. I like the idea of the materials used and it seems to be working out well.

There was a 10 year warranty, which other companies did not offer.

The mattress is so comfortable, was quick to ship and easy to set up. There were no "off gassing" smells associated with the opening or during our first night sleep! The website and reviews are very accurate; this mattress is a perfect mix of not too firm and not too soft. We love it!

I don't like that it's open like a sheet. At least if it's closed, I don't care of it moves around because it won't actually come off or pull my sheets off. We've had to fix it twice already.
