I knew going in that the mattress was firm but this was VERY firm. I wasn’t looking forward to going to bed. Broke down and bought a 3” foam topper and am now sleeping better. I guess if a friend asked me I would warn them of the firmness.

Very happy with the mattress, good support regardless of the sleeping position. Morning back pain is gone. Plan on purchasing another one for the cabin.

At this point, I have had the mattress just under 2 weeks. It is not too firm for my normal comfort and remains cool even when I feel hot. Hopefully it will remain the same for the duration!

Website is thorough. Customer service is fantastic. Delivery was prior to promised date. Package was easy to unpack. Mattress set itself up.
