Seems like a high quality cover. Fits the T&N twin XL mattress perfectly. It's just the washing/drying of it that required more effort than I'd hoped to have to give. The backing seems a little rubbery and held onto lots of water that even the high spin cycle wouldn't budge. It was sopping wet coming out. Because I didn't want to put something that wet in the dryer I had to cobble together some makeshift drying racks for it outside. Luckily we have a yard where I could do all the intense Georgia heat dried the cover within a few hours.

You may find that it helps to reposition the protector after the initial wash and run an extra spin cycle if you have that option. If you do end up using the dryer, we recommend drying on a no heat/low heat setting.
