It’s nice quality, well made, but it need a long time to off gas. Washing multiple times didn’t help, it just needed time in open air.

The protector does not fit snuggly over the mattress thus making for a sloppy fit. This includes the fitted sheet that is over it.

Protector Slips and Bunches Horribly!

The mattress protector ruins the feel of the mattress! We have had our mattress and protector (purchased together) for a year+ now. We love our mattress, but the protector is impossible to arrange flat/wrinkle-free before adding sheets. Then, it further slides around, wrinkles and bunches under our sheets as you sleep and move. The protector seems to be made of quality material, but this also means that those bunches and wrinkles are THICK and disruptive! I want to keep our mattress protected but HATE the mattress protector! (We use a variety of sheets-- percale, flannel, etc. and the problem is the same across the board.)

We love our new mattress. It feels soft and caresses your body, but is firm at the same time. My back pain is totally gone. Obviously there is a lot of support but it's not hard on your hip bones or shoulders. Love it!
