Delivery was free and It was easy to put up.

The bed is affordable (important), comfortable (very important), and cool (extremely important). We are thrilled with our new purchase and spend more time in bed than ever!

First few days were good. Then my arm started getting numb for some reason (I sleep on my side).

I wanted to love this so I didn't have to send it back but it's just blah. I do not wake up with back pain which is great but I sleep terrible. I have been wanting to get used to it but it's been several weeks and I had to buy a mattress quilt and double it up on my side which helped but I don't think we can keep it. it doesnt have quite as much give as I had hoped and so it may be too firm. But again, not uncomfortable.

Ordering a Tuft and Needle was hassle free and we definitely appreciate the free removal for the old mattress.
So far the mattress has been great - soft enough for comfort, firm enough for great support.
