I'll def recommend the mattress. The protector seems good, but I wouldn't go so far as to REALLY REALLY recommend it to anyone

Great communications through email & phone. Super comfortable mattress. I bought this for our guest room but find it more comfortable than the memory foam mattress in our bedroom, which cost almost 4x as much!!!!

I did not read the survey correctly the first time - I thought it was just the mattress. I really like the protector. It is real quality and I am impressed as to how well it fits the mattress.
Only one comment about washing after initial receipt. Part of the instructions was to tumble air dry after washing. Tried for an hour but it was still wet (I have a fairly new dryer) so had to dry at low temperature for an hour. Came out in great condition.
