First, it's a terrific mattress. It's much better than a memory foam we had long ago, and it beats the old spring mattress we just retired. Second, the ordering process and set up was super simple. Third, the price was terrific. I've already recommended it to one friend.

The protector has a very clinical feel. It makes a particular sound similar to that of a hospital bed. It does not fit as tight to the TN mattress as expected and seems to be making both my husband and myself sweat during the night. I would really have preferred the topper to be more plush and breathable. The topper does not feel luxurious at all.
