I like that my Mint is supportive but still comfortable on my pressure spots. I’m very happy with the mattress so far.

It's a tough thing. You want protection from stuff, but then you also want it to be as invisible as possible. I wish we didn't need to use one but with pets it's a must. The downside is that the protector takes away that feel you get under the sheets that it has when it's directly against the "quilting" on the mattress top. It's feels much nicer with the pad removed, but we don't feel safe so we really won't go without one. Thanks for a great product. I honestly think it's great considering it's waterproof. As long as it stands up to use over the years we'll be happy :)

I am undecided at the moment. The first week or so was great, although, I was transitioning from a couch. After on-line chat with a rep, I purchased the mattress that was said to be good for a side sleeper. I usually start on my back, but end up on my side. The past week or so, I am waking up with a sore shoulder/neck/back. I am not ruling other things out and still giving it a chance. Feel free to send me another survey in a month or so and, hopefully, I will have a better review.

As a us army vet with back issues, I found this bed to be awesome! Still getting use to it very little back pain compared to before. I am very happy with this bed and a fair price!
