I gave it a 9 because nothing is perfect. But so far, our king size T&N mattress is a winner! Arrived in two days, set up beautifully on our existing box spring (which was in excellent condition). We're sleeping like babies. Very happy and hope the honeymoon continues through the ten-year guarantee!

The order,delivery and set up are easy and good. Mattress is for a guest room and has not been tried on yet
