Ease or ordering. Delivery. The mattress is wonderful. Great price most of all. I usually spend so much more on a mattress! No need to.

My experience was excellent, the product seemed well made.
It didn't get a 10 because it didn't work for me and because I think the 100 day, no fault return might be difficult for some people to deal with since it all, pretty much in the consumers hands to do.
