Very comfortable mattress! Also your customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like the fact that if the mattress wasn't suitable for my needs that I would be able to pick a charity to donate it to.

The bed is way to firm for my liking. I am told I have to wait for a break in period to enjoy it. Not worth buying something I can't immediately enjoy immediately.

The pillows are not quite the right fit for my husband and me. We tried them for several weeks, but they overall they have not worked well for us. It may work quite nicely for someone with different needs for a pillow. It's great for back sleeping but side sleeping (as my husband and I do) makes for a strained neck in the morning.

Love the mattress except the fact that it likes to move around and comes off center and I always have to push it back to the center of the bed. Other then that for a person with back problems I am happy
