a) I rarely give 5/5 or 10/10.
b) not everyone is looking for a bed like what I got
c) if their needs are similar to mine, then I would recommend a bed. It may be too firm for them.

The Company goes out of their way to please people. Everyone I have talked to on the telephone has been so nice helpful and Friendly. Please so far with the Mattress and topper

It's great for me but everyone seems to
have their own preference for a pillow. I would hate for someone to make the investment and dislike it.

Very comfortable mattress! Also your customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like the fact that if the mattress wasn't suitable for my needs that I would be able to pick a charity to donate it to.

The bed is way to firm for my liking. I am told I have to wait for a break in period to enjoy it. Not worth buying something I can't immediately enjoy immediately.
