I've already returned one due to puckering along the seam where the top is sewn to the sides, the puckering causes wrinkles under your sheets and aren't comfortable. I received my replacement, it is better but still has some puckering on one side, so I try to smooth it out every night before i go to bed :/. I'm afraid they are all like that. I haven't returned this one fearing the next would be worse. I do like that it is the exact shape of the Tuft & Needle Mattress but not sure its worth it.

It relieves the pressure points on my ears that I had trouble with from being a side sleeper.

Didn't love the mattress but the process was convenient. I probably wouldn't be so picky if I didn't have back problems. I already recommended the company to a friend.

The price and quality of the mattress is better then ones on the stores. We have already recommended it to our family.
