Honest truth, the first 3 nights or so are an adjustment. I was considering returning it because I was waking up stiff and in the middle of the night. Then suddenly, it’s like my body was ready to relax into this awesome topper. Never going back. 10/10 recommend .. just give yourself time to adjust

It's great for extra softness but it is WAY too hot. I ended up not using it because I was tossing and turning at night to avoid the heat. I put it on the pullout sofa and it's perfect for that since it's soft, thin, and flexible.

I’ve had chronic lower back pain for a couple years from having kids and carrying them around and everything, and every morning I would wake up with really tight and painful back muscles. We got the topper to soften our bed, and that morning tightness is almost completely relieved just from that one change. My husband doesn’t like a very soft bed, so the topper is a great compromise. He still feels comfortable, and I am getting extra support at night, and it really seems to be working!
