It’s the perfect amount of additional softness you need if you think the Tuft and Needle mint mattress is just a little too firm for you.
If you’re getting this for another mattress Id probably get a thicker one. The 2” gives you just a bit of weak plush, which is great for the mint as I wanted to keep its support but add just a bit of soft to relieve pressure points.

This topper is very comfortable. It’s like laying on a fluffy cloud. Having said that, it does not match the dimensions of my mattress and constantly needs adjusted for sliding off the side.

We've been using this topper for several weeks. It arrived promptly after we placed the order and was well protected by the shipping carton. Very little order after opening, which dissipated quickly. Fits our Queen mattress well and fitted sheet goes on easily. The bumps on the base keep the topper from shifting around. No issue with heat retention, which was a concern for us. If you have serious arthritic issues (hip, shoulder, etc), you may want something thicker, but this was a very good choice for us.
